Maryknoll Father Dan Ohmann’s niece and her husband came to Tanzania to visit
him.  Dan took them around the country for a full month and they had wonderful
time.  At the airport while saying goodbye his niece was having trouble finding
the right words to thank him.  Dan said: “You shouldn’t worry about trying to
thank me because in the tradition of the Sukuma extended family you are my
daughter and I am your Father.”  Tears came into Dan’s niece’s eyes.
