In the mid-1950’s before independence in Tanzania Father Ed Baskerville, also a
doctor, was asked by an American radio broadcaster about his medical work.  He
replied: "It’s a bit like being a mosquito in a nudist colony — there’s so much
to do that you don’t know where to start."
