Opening Prayer.

1. Introduction of new members.

2. Matters Arising. 3. Future "African Proverbs of the Month" and Update Reports on New Booklets of 100 African Proverbs.

4. New Grant Applications:

        a. Ricardo Benon: Entertainment Sponsorship.

        b. Cyprien Ntambara: Proverbs of Kinyarwanda.

5. Promoting our African Proverbs, Sayings and Stories Website, Poll, Facebook Page (over 15,543 Fans) and Twitter. Go to: http://www.afriprov.org  and read about the updates. On the Facebook Page one African Proverb got 106 “Likes.”

6. Creative opportunities on the Internet:

      a.  Other Facebook Pages.

      b. "Today’s African Proverb" on BBC NEWS AFRICA. 62 “Likes.”

8. Date and place of next meeting.

 

            It is an open, volunteer meeting. Please invite anyone who may be interested. Karibuni.  Please send this “Agenda” to anyone interested who is not on this “Mailing List.” Please print out this “Agenda” for your own use at our meeting.

            Lunch is kindly being provided by the Maryknoll Society of Priests and Brothers. Please let us know if you are coming so that we can plan for lunch.

            Please recall that you are encouraged to wear some kind of African outfit/clothes to remind us of the African identity of our Working Group.
