Down the street from where several Maryknollers lived in Nairobi, Kenya was a
boys’ school named Aquinas High School run by the Marianist Priests and
Brothers. One day in religion class a priest was teaching about the importance
of the virtue of grace. He explained that grace is beautiful and has many
wonderful qualities. He emphasized that everyone should want grace in his
life. At the question time one Kenyan boy raised his hand and said: “Father,
about this Grace. What is her telephone number?”
