============================================================

          One of my flip-flops broke while I was working in Tanzania so I stopped at a small store not far from my house to get another pair. I could not remember the Swahili word for flip-flop, so I looked into the street and spotted a man wearing flip-flops which are common footwear in Tanzania. I pointed and said, "I want the same as that man has on his feet." In a few minutes the shopkeeper returned with a pair of flip-flops, exactly the same size and color as the man had on. I bought them even though they were too big. After all, that’s what I’d asked for.
