============================================================

        The congregation claps excited
approval.
        Bishop Joseph Mukwaya smiles warmly.

The old woman of faith is very, very
happy.
But the emotion is too much for her.
        She cries tears of joy
        At seeing the new bishop.

        My own heart is full
In sharing so deeply this special
moment.
        Brother Joe: colleague, companion,
good friend.
And now bishop of the Local Church.

The final procession flows out of the
cathedral
        Pouring into the dazzling sunlight.
The smiling new bishop blesses the
faithful.
The old woman now smiles back.
